Transfer Policy

• All requests for registration transfers must be provided in writing and emailed to
  info@icce-berlin.org by X August 2026.
• Registration rate difference will apply depending on the membership status of the new registration. All transfer requests received AFTER X August will be charged an additional USD $100.

Presenter Substitution Policy

• If for a particular paper no authors are available to present it at the conference, the TPC Chair can grant permission in some extreme cases to have the paper presented by a qualified substitute presenter or by a prerecorded video.
• If you need to make such a request, please fill out a Substitute Presenter Form no later than X August 2026. A copy of the form will go directly to the TPC Chair for approval.
