Venue and how to get there

The conference will take place on the IFA fair ground. Be sure to access it directly via the separate entrance of Hall 7 (Hall 7 Service Entrance) as this is the only entrance that is open early enough for the conference to start at 09:00 h. Important Note

After you are registered for the conference you will receive in the early days of September a separate e-mail with the registration codes which allow you to entry to the conference and to the IFA. Please, perform online activation and print out your tickets to get access to the conference building.

Conference Dinner - BBQ

Tuesday, September 9th: Conference Dinner at Hyatt Hotel. Information about transportation will be announce during the Conference.

Young Professionals, mark your calendar.

There will be a special 1-day-short-course for Young Professionals . All participants that graduated within the last ten years, are very welcome to apply for this event scheduled for the first day of the Conference, on September 7th. More detailed information is available here and on 'Instructions to Authors' section.

There will be a second special event for Young Professionals ("GOLD event") on Monday September 8th, around 8p.m. All participants and authors of the ICCE-Berlin that graduated within the last ten years, are very welcome to join this event. IFA Guided Tour TecWatch

During the ICCE-Berlin 2014 different tours will be offered. In order for us to plan accordingly, please let us know in the Registration Desk for which tour you would like to sign up.

TiME Lab at Heinrich Hertz Institute will be on Tuesday, September 9th at 18:00 o’clock (18:00 - 19:30). After the paper sessions, an excursion to the Fraunhofer Heinrich Hertz Institute, HHI TiME Lab - Tomorrow's immersive Media Experience Lab is scheduled. The TiME Lab offers a 180-degree, high-end panorama projection in 3D and 7xHD resolution combined with an outstanding sound system that allows audiences to virtually immerse themselves in the film's animation and sound worlds. http://www.timelab-hhi.com/upload
